Question - this guy was charged with child abuse and stabbing a man, so why was he free to hit someone on the head with a sword? Another question - why did KMOV news have to use this wording?: another Granite City resident faced charges stemming from alleged child abuse. Sorry, Sandy, that you know this guy.
