I have absolutely no problem with Mr. Harshany applying for this position what so ever. What I would have a problem with is, all qualified applicants not being considered.
I agree with your point that all applicants should be considered, but if he does get hired, it will say a lot about Pontoon Beach government... and not in a good way. Horsey already has come out as opposed to this, and I agree with her, hope the mayor feels the same way.
