Granddaughter had hers done about a year ago when she was 5 and she was eating soft foods the same day. Grandson has his done a years back when he was 4 and he was up and running the next day.

Their parents say they both started sleeping better immediately. Spoil the kids with lots of ice cream and popcicles for a few days.
