    They are not the same as other things like alchohol..It is a hallucinogenic period...

    Alcohol, when not used in moderation, is just as dangerous as most street drugs, read the article I posted a link to from National Institute for Highway Safety, over 10,000 deaths in 2009 for alcohol related traffic accidents alone, not counting acts of violence fueled by alcohol, and deaths from health consequences of alcohol, such as alcohol poisoning, liver failure, etc....

    Is there an age limit to buy it?

    You're only proving my point, without regulation (which can't happen without legalization), young people will use them, and the younger they do, the more likely they are to become addicted.
    It's why legalization actually brings usage rates down, it reduces use by young people, by placing a minumum age that can be enforced, and by taking the allure of it being illegal away....
