Did you know that about many GC business sell a drug that caused over 10,000 deaths in 2009, just from traffic accidents alone? (people driving while intoxicated by it).
    Let's boycott those businesses!

What is the name of that drug by the way?
(scroll down about midway down the page)

OK, just making a sarcastic point, but why do we look at drugs differently becuase one is legal and one is not, or one is consdered socially acceptable, and one isn't?

A drug is a drug, is a drug, every one is toxic in one way or another, and has it's health risks, and it's own risks to society.

If drug use was treated as a medical problem instead of a crime, it would actually reduce drug use (countries that have done so have brought down usage rates), and if recreational drugs were to be regulated, there would be standards as to the chemical combination, testing of it. Many drug overdoes deaths are caused by drugs that are too potent, tainted, in the case of "bath salt" drugs, the combination is too new to know the health consequences of using it.

Also, there would be a minumum age to use it, greatly reducing availablity to young people, the younger someone starts a substance, the more likely they are to become addicted, the brain of someone around 19 or younger responds more to dopamine, among other natural substances in the brain, causing a greater reaction to the high, and stronger/faster addiction to it....

Why don't we help to reduce the usage of these substances, and get people who need help into rehab instead of filling up our prisons?
