from what i heard he doesn't like strong women who dare venture to start their own businesses. i also heard that he treated one local woman who already had a business so bad during a meeting that it made her leave the meeting and become sick in the bathroom. she was thinking about moving her business down town.
i heard jon ferry shows up when he wants to show up and leaves when he wants to leave. the person who told me says you rarely will u find him in his office at 9 in the morning and its not because he is on the job somewhere else.
metalhedz how often does jon mention u in any of his articles in the papers when sucking up the credit for down town? ever? and like weren't u the first business down town? and didnt they show appreciation by hauling u off in handcuffs because the way u parked in front of your place?
in every town theres one overpaid-overrated little rat whos happy to take credit for other peoples work-mugging for the media. others are hands on making crap happen, and there are those who just sign their name on the ticket when it's all said and done.
Trying growing a pair and using your real name if you are going to make such baseless accusations against someone, until then, I won't be taking what you say seriously....

Absolute bulls**t. "Sweetie Pie's" which is ran by an older woman who used to be a backup dancer for Tina Turner (met her before, she told me some stories about those days), he actually encouraged Building and Zoning to get the permit process through as fast as they could, all the inspections, etc, so that she could start the business faster, he thought it would be a great addition to the city...
My bet is that you are someone with a personal or professional axe to grind, maybe even a city employee....
