Ahhhh, I wondered when the famous "SCAB" comment would come out. Mud, it's obvious you're a union worker, good for you. However, the original poster is comfortable in his job. He doesn't believe in unions and his place of work is being taken over by one.
Does he not have the right to feel secure in his workplace? Isn't that what unions fight for? I would suggest if his shop does go union that he defer his dues. He'll benefit from the wages and not have the moral conflict of supporting the union he doesn't believe in.
That is if his business ownership decides to keep the doors open.
