Considering that, I'm shocked it's not somehow pinning this decision on Obama. Well, I could imagine that where there's a will, there's a way A case could be made somehow, lol 2 nominated by Obama (Kagen and Sotomayor) 2 nominated by George W. Bush (Roberts and Alito) 2 nominated by Clinton (Ginsberg and Breyer) 2 nominated by Reagan (Kennedy, started out on the left, but has become more conservative, especially on the 2nd amendment, and Scalia) 1 nominated by Bush Sr. (Thomas) So quite a mix of Presidents of different viewpoints.
