and if they did leave - who cares? they would be replaced by other people who before were not as fortunate/lucky as those who left. The chances are good those who are left behind could not amass the wealth and power to keep things going. If they could, they would now. I don't think I've ever met anyone who didn't want to make more money and pay less taxes.
their absense would allow for others to become rich and wealthy, just so they too could be consumed by greed and complain about taxes. You assume that "greed" is a bad thing. Is it greed or doe some of us just have the ambition to be the best we can be while guys like you want to act like humanity's hero? Do you realize given the chance to succed, most people actually take that chance? You want to pretend to be the friend of the ghetto dwellers yet you only beat them down with telling them they're not strong enough to do it without assistance. You keep them down by pretending you're their savior. That way you think they will look up to you.
I hope my kids become very wealthy Lib. I hope they can drive nice cars, live in a nice home, send their kids through college. I hope they live their lives knowing they can make it on their own and not depend on the rest of the world for handouts. I want my kids to stand on their own feet. It used to be called the American dream.
