I would love to get my hands on those three abandoned apartment buildings!
Once rehabbed, they would be great.
I never understood why landlords let those buildings sit with pealing paint, chitty yards and lawns....in other venues like the Central West End....those same types of flats bring big bucks.
I drive by and want to scream....throw a fresh coat of paint on that building, plant some shrubs and flowers, a little grass seed...they could look so nice.
