I disagree. I think the derelict buildings left down there are on there way out. Not only that, they are a good reminder of what can happen to our community if we allow leadership to sit back and do nothing as was the case prior to Hagnauer.
I hope within five years there isn't a derelict four family flat or commercial building left down there. Then we'll see some good things happen. Until then, enjoy the theater and new flower shop. Visit the used book store. And maybe, just maybe we'll get that pizza joint I keep hearing about.
