Well since nobody has mentioned them, I've used TaxAct the last 3 or 4 years. For anyone that is "intimidated" by doing their own taxes they will take you through it step by step and provide plenty of descriptions & definitions. Last year it even increased my return by $250 on something I had forgotten about. For federal it's $9.95 and then $8 for each state you may need in case you've worked in more that one. Prior to that we'd gone through JAL Bookkeeping and she did a good job but I can do it myself cheaper.
Mailing is fine but I figure they've used my extra tax money all year interest free so I e-file mine to get it back quicker to get it to work for me.
