Doing the research that the loss of $.07 warrants, According to US case law, If Apple has a store in Illinois and I live in Illinois, I am indeed subject to to Illinois sale tax. I don't understand how, I can be making my purchases while in MO, and pay IL sales tax for it. (see US Constitution)

Furthermore, when Apple attempts to assess the proper tax rate it asks for my home zip code, then asks if I live Inside the city, or Inside the city, (of Granite) I live in unincorporated madison county. G.C. should not be getting sales tax on my Internet purchases, based on case law, I don't (technically) live there, nor did I make the purchase there, (nor do I want them to have the money, Living in the School district already costs 2.6k per year.)

Because I work In MO, I don't pay IL income tax.... I'm getting kind of confused here. what the hell is going on, and were is the $20k a year thats getting stolen from me going?
