Well Opi if that is the case, at least it will give a (fair) opportunity or chance for others to actually apply and interview for some of these positions when they open. Well, at least for that 4 to 5 years you mentioned or until the seasoned elders teach the newbies the ropes on how to hire each and every family member possible. I'll take that 4 to 5 years of equal opportunity verses decades of the same names. As far as "you and I would do the same", I don't think so. I'm not saying that I wouldn't give a heads up to job openings in the area, if I had family members qualified to do the job and they were unemployed. But, I am saying that I have to much pride and integrity to abuse a position in that manner. Maybe I live in a dream world, who knows...but I would like to think that someone that I had enough faith in, that I helped to elect into an important position would also feel the same way.
