NAFTA itself is the agreement here on these shores.
I am not even sure that was a good idea.
But when we talk about regulating banks and regulating Wall Street, we see a different picture emerging. When legislation is formed by the party in office to regulate our financial institutions, there is suddenly this wall of opposition again.
Congress passed the law thanks to some Republican congresspeople from the New England area breaking with their party.
No Question that these free trade agreements have not been good news for the working man and woman.
But when it's time to make the playing field more fair and reign in business practices, there's still the party of NO standing in the way of reform.
