Funny you've mentioned this, I posted on facebook that I was fixing my special meat loaf, green beans and mashed spuds for supper tonight, and also decided to fix my Grandma Skagg's Poor Man's pudding, have not ate it in 40 years, but found her directions she wrote out for me 40 years ago, it so simple, I'm sure it will be good, hopefully I still like it, it's made with crushed pineapple, butter, flour, sugar, so it is pretty rich I guess.
