"Even the American flag can be taken as an offensive symbol. It's sad that it is, but the culture has changed." The culture might have changed but the Constitution of The United States hasn't. And the first amendment was meant to protect speech which was offensive from the government infringing upon Also, the Constitution does not differentiate age groups. It doesn't list a certain set of rights for people after 18 and a different set before 18. In fact, the Declaration of Independence states that we are born with inalienable rights, granted to us by our creator. That among these are the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Notice it says among these, it's not a complete list. Just my 2 cents.
