I've asked about this before. From what I was told, she has the page registered as an LLC now which insulates her from a personal lawsuit.

What you're posting here doesn't reflect the LLC title as the other page apparently does. I'm amazed facebook even tolerates such censorship.

Now that being said, from what I've seen, the realtor has done her fair share of slander as well. She throws around words like corruption, filling his own pockets and other accusations about the mayor.

There's a little something in law that is called the "clean hands doctrine". Hers aren't clean from what I've seen.

Here's the real funny thing. As you correctly point out, she has no chance in hell of winning. I think you underestimate how many votes she will get. I'm betting around 300. That many people don't like Parkinson (probably got a ticket) and she probably has at least twenty people who like her enough to waste a vote.

The whole thing makes the community look like a den of banjo picking, mouth breathing Hoosiers. They should stop.
