In office or out, you have to have structure, it's not for people who are not self starters. I think people who see it as a perk are motivated to do what is expected of them.

And there my friend is the problem. My guess is more take advantage of this than don't.

Do you have staff that answers to you in the chain of command or are you in any type of supervisory role?

Why is it so important for people who are paid with taxes to sit home while most of corporate America is still expected to show up every day?

In your job, are you in a position that requires you to answer to the public or to higher ups? Are the people you answer to in their offices or are they home too? At what point does someone actually go into the office to manage a department?

You may be an exception to the rule but in my world, you come to work, dressed appropriately or you turn in your two weeks notice which I tell you to spend at home.
