BK I stated in my original post that I use Shut Down to turn it off and it's acting more like it's putting my cb into sleep mode instead of turning it all of the way off. I open the lid and within a few seconds it comes on and I'm greeted with my sign in screen.

I just unplugged my cb and clicked Shut Down and once again when I opened the lid it woke my cb up and I signed in.

It sorta has me wondering what the On key is for.
