I too thought that it was a mistake but a Malaysian friend of mine told me that it's OK as in Perak, strangely enough, the wife of Raja DiHilir IS Raja Puan Muda and the Raja Muda's wife is Raja Puan Besar (like currently Zara Salim Davidson who became DYTM Raja Puan Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan).
