I've been a paramedic for about 10 years and enjoy the emergency use of succs, versed, diprivan, etc... I have a BAS in a non health related field and was looking into AA school. I have no interest in becoming a nurse! Does anyone know if its tough to find a job as an AA or are most looking for CRNA's? Also do they offer PRN positions as I would like to continue working for the Fire Dept. My original consideration was PA school until I discovered the AA program. Would rather work in anesthesia but dont want to be stuck with a degree I cant use. PA or AA?
