You are delusional. If this were the case, MDAs would have no choice but to accept lower wages seeing how there is "no where for them to go outside the system". Hospitals would realize they could hire either a CRNA or an MDA, both at the same or similiar wages. Take a guess who they are going to choose? The more educated MD at a similar price...sorry. This in return will keep assistants around.
