I make no such assumptions and nowhere in my post did I sound happy about it.
The 4-1 ratio is required for CMS direction and mandated by most states using AA's.
My post was to clarify why this would be an issue for AA's, clearly this is information you need as you have exposed your massive ignorance of your practice....you do practice don't you?
