Hi, I have never been to this site before and I am a prospective student in the field of Anesthesia. Wow! it is indeed with great shock that professionals address others with such a rude and less respective manner.
We all are striving to perfection and for a less perfect person to get on another the way I see on this site, it is a great shock, knowing this person must have been to school for at least 4+ years and takes up on another person's language power or grammatic errors in that manner.
There is no need for that. If people need help, please, you who have gone a mile or two, turn around and give a helping hand and if you think it is necessary to do so, ignore the message and keep busy with you job or school, instead of putting people giving people English lessons. I know many of my friends (foreigners), who are now medical doctors and still face a little problem pronouncing words the way the native American would, but essentially knows what their job is about and how to effectively communicate with their patients. The language power is not the key here, remember this is not a law school or furthermore, journalism.
