    First I would like to say anesthesia no matter how you do it is a wonderful career. But you must get into a program first.

    Judging by your writing above, either English is not your native language or you were slightly "under the weather" when you wrote it.

    There is no better way to get rejected from a program of any kind than by displaying poor communication skills.

    My fellow nurse anesthetists and the MDAs feel they each have an image they wish to protect. The AAs in this room wish to be respected in the field of anesthesia also. None of them want someone to come along and join their ranks who can not clearly communicate as a professional.

    If I were you I would either spend the money to take some courses in English or if that is not the case, then I would sober up before I attempted to communicate to those who I wish to join.
