There is still no shortcut - you have to complete the four years of medical school and four years of residency. You don't get credit for experience or other degrees, even a a master's. You will probably have a much easier time understanding the physiology, and procedures will be easier right off the bat. Maybe once you get in residency you'll get bigger and better case earlier. Regardless, you have to put in the time.
