Why all the negativiy about the AA-C? The fact still remains-there is a shortage of anesthesia providers despite all the CRNA schools in the U.S. Are nurses the only outlet? The AA-C & PA-C are very capable of performing these tasks. We should all be as one--anesthesia providers.
