I had my interview in November, but I'll post if it'll help you out.

GRE - 1200 (I signed up only 6 days before I took it, so I didn't have much time to prepare)
Undergrad - Originally psychology and finance...went back to school 5 years later to get pre-med prerequisites. I got a 3.5 in my original undergrad, and a 3.7 in all of the science prerequisites.
Experience/shadowing - Three years as an anesthesia tech in a trauma 1 teaching hospital. And I talked to EVERYONE (students, residents, fellows, CRNAs, AAs, attendings) about anesthesia and made the effort to actually learn from these conversations.
LORs - just had three attendings fill out the forms the schools required
