It's irrelevant which hospital I'm at unless you're within a 30 mile radius from here. I looked at every single hospital for months and months, and applied to every entry level position. I was fortunate to find one as an anesthesia tech. Take whatever you can get, then at least you have your foot in the door to be an in-house transfer for another position. Also, not all surgery facilities have anesthesia techs. Check with them first to make sure you're not wasting your time looking there.
