I was invited for the interview with a sub 1200 GRE and sub 3.5 GPA. There's much more to an applicant than stats, and I would suggest to those whose stats looked good but didn't get an invite to focus on emphasizing/improving your life or work experience. Maybe try writing a more unique personal statement. The reality is it's probably a common thing to talk about "wanting to help people" and how it's "always been your dream to work in an O.R." My guess is those are the type of things that people write all the time in their statement, so it doesn't stick out as well to the admissions committee.
