I just want to say that I have really messed up with my sleeping pattern, so Emma has made a bedtime chart for me to get back to normal. I thought I'd mention it here in the village so that I feel like I have to really make an effort. I already feel like I should because Emma went through the trouble of making my chart!
I need some accountability, guys.
