But yes, I agree sleep is important. In pre-lockdown times, I believe I had good sleep habits, but it's been more difficult for various reasons since lockdown, including being less physically active in the day. I know I've said this before, but I live in a 1-bedroom flat and work from home now, so I feel cooped up, but unable to easily go anywhere. I'm normally very active.
And I'm finding it harder to fall asleep now, even when I feel tired
Anyway, I'm hoping I can fix my bedtimes etc to be a bit better.
Also, I like tracking things on charts :D
