Chuck have you talked directly to Bobby or Mickey. I had a great conversation with Mickey,of course a lot of it was catching up about our friendship and times together, but I think if you talk to one of them I think you will realize that there was no intentional misrepresentation and had you been here for some of Bobby's presentations at the FOP meetings you would realize that it was not an intentional snup. The discrepancy in the letter was most likely that as ex-cops we aren't always the best writers. I hope you can find peace in this and hope you reach out to one of them,I think you will feel better after talking to them.
