Mickey called me the other day. He explained it in detail. I pictured a humongous wall blotting out headquarters. Not that at all. It is NOT a wall. So it is an honor park. I also learned from Bob Switzer’s widow that the property tax forgiveness program is NOT given to surviving spouses. So she has to pay it. He died about 5 years ago.
