Further conversation with the on duty cops working the carnival, I mentioned to them about our monthly luncheon and they said where is it held. I said different places around Glen Burnie. I asked if they might like to attendi. They sounded interested. Any thoughts? Might be very interesting to say the least. I explained the hog-tying procedure and paper bag over the head for spitters. They were amazed. Smiles and and all jeans. Didn’t have time to explain a female Lieutenant, Owsley had to bitch-slap an unruly female prisoner. That would have lit those officers up big time.
