On my way to the City, I was crossing the Carquinez Straits on the new bridge. I looked out to the west, at the nearby point on San Pablo Bay, and remember the old brick chimney that was there. It was a landmark no more I thought. I wondered what ever happened to it; I figured it must have been taken down, but I didn't know when, why or how. I started seaching the Internet and came across this website and your post. Do you know where and/or what happened to it? Any help would be appreciated. I enjoyed reading your earlier post about knowing "every rock in town." Dennis Babson Grass Valley
