From a purely legal standpoint, I would say yes. From a feels standpoint, I think there are a lot of other factors that come into play. I do think anyone that is given a temporary or work Visa should be given explicit instructions that they are to report back to a certain place on their day of expiration. If they do not, the consequences if caught are deportation without the opportunity to re-apply for entry for X years. Maybe that happens today. I'm not sure. Previous Message ***
