Thanks David, I did get a letter from Dr. Jim,it said basically the same thing.I was hoping it was one of the 7.Do you have any insight to the "X" with the serial number? The gun was sent to Rawlings Bros. Sporting goods in St Louis with a matching, consecutive serial # gun. Dec. 1892. MY
