Bill, Have you tried it with live rounds since the problem surfaced? I've learned from others that the HOT (selective) are very sensitive to minor issues, but I've not had any experience with non-selective HOTs. I have other single triggers not "set" when dry fired, and I've found that a hard thump on the buttstock will set the second barrel. Others have indicated that too tight or too loose sideplate screws will also create this problem. Hopefully David Williamson will see this discussion and offer a solution. He'll be at the Southern tomorrow if you plan to be there.
