I seem to get at leaast 1 LCS to do a year. When you remove the screw from the bottom of the top lever things start to get rough. I quit often remove the spring until everything is fit up. Also just tap the top lever, I use a wood mallet and it will go back in place. Compressing the spring and replaceing the little 4-40 screw is a bear. You can use c clamps, levers, fixtures . Read up on how to do this before you jump in.
