Hello Will, and welcome to the forum. Assuming that your barrels are from a 12 gauge shotgun, it is quite possible that they are from an F Grade L.C. Smith Hammer Gun. If so, your gun dates to 1919. I have a 12 ga hammer gun within a few numbers of your barrels, and it too was born in 1919. The top rib, near the breech end should be roll-stamped Hunter Arms Co. on one line, and Fulton (not Folsom) New York on a second line.
16 ga LC Smith guns were built on a larger frame than 20 guns, so barrel interchangeability will not occur, and while I'm not sure about just what a Baker Era G&F is, if your barrels are as I've described above, they can be fit to another LC Smith hammer or regular weight hammerless gun.
How long are the barrels, do they appear to have been cut? If they've not been cut and are not otherwise damaged, greatly pitted, or seriously dented they are likely very desirable to someone trying to resurrect an old gun with unshootable barrels.
    Good luck!
