I would encourage everybody to read the actual opinion. Justice Scalia, writing for the majority, absolutely decimates every argument the other side has ever made. In addition to parsing the words of the operative phrase, he gives a valuable history lesson on why and how the right came to be in the first place. Remember, the right was not "granted" by the US Constitution -- it already existed and the Bill of Rights affirms that it cannot be taken away.
