Anyone who owns a gun should be relieved with the decision; but rest assured that this is only one decision in a long battle, and the anti-gun crowd will now initiate dozens and dozens of legal actions over related unresolved issues in the coming days. Given the fact that we have at least 4 (and possibly 5) activist judges on the Supreme Court, judges who have usurped their role of unholding the constitution and instead appointed themselves architechs of drafting their new revised version of this tremendous document; the fact that an ultra-liberal Barack Obama may well be the next president and will be presiding over a liberal congress and would be responsible for Supreme Court nominees, this advantage could be reversed. I shudder to think what the future of gun ownership may be if Obama is elected. Is there a better reason to make sure I/you vote in this election than the issue of Supreme Court nominees?
