    You have class and good taste Jeff, even if the philistines you'll be shooting with don't understand Just let them know that A.J. Stauber set the world's record in 1931 with 1087 straight clay targets using a Smith SBT. He also held the high average on A.T.A. 16-yard targets in 1926, 1927, 1928, and 1932. The first five high average shooters in the ATA in 1933 all used Smith guns.
    My 'youngest' SxS is 100, and my 102 year old 16g No. 2 is off to Ben Avery in the morning for 'low gun' skeet. Please see the FAQs for suggestions regarding glasbedding the wood and appropriate shell selection for these wonderful guns.
