    Pigeon Grade Archived Message

I found a Pigeon Grade that is priced pretty low and I am curious as to why. The frame has had all the case color polished to shiny silver but the barrels look real good. It is double triggers and the safety will not go on after the first barrel is fired. It has a beaver tail fore end that is very flat on the bottom. It does not look exactly like the one pictured in the new LC Smith book. The gun is priced less than 800 and the store that has it is not known for selling anything too cheap. Any advice? Thanks
