I see them going into Mallard trailer park but not in this neighborhood very much. Writing a ticket takes 5 minutes maybe, if that. I have written 20 in one 8 hour shift myself before and i know things havent changed that much. I think the officers stay pretty busy, they just seem to be doing it around here very much. Several years ago we had a tragedy in this neighborhood and a little girl was killed by a vehicle backing up into the street. For weeks then the police were all over the place and were even watching the kids at the bus stops. But you know how things go, that didnt last but a couple weeks. Pontoon Beach is pretty spread out, im sure other areas need the police also. As long as they come when you call them, i cant complain that much.
