Unfortanatly - recording such an incident will get you fired and thrown in jail. It's part of the illinois eavesdropping law which makes it a felony regardless of the circumstance. There is soemthing you can actually do if you get the name of the manager that did that they can be reprimanded. Walmart has zero tolerance for such displays out on the sales floor like that. If there is a problem with an employees performance, it's to be discussed in private, off the sales floor. I don't have the number off hand, but call their home office and complain with the managers name. If that worker is reading this, they should do the same, or at best, follow up on the companies sexual harrasment policy and start open a case against this manager, if I'm not mistaking, it's not just sexual but anything that creates a hostile work enviroment that is encompassed in their sexual harrasment policy. It may actually put pressure to simply resign versus being terminated.
