It amazes me that people begrudge a penny on a dollar. Do you realize the insignifigance of that? On a twenty dollar purchase you'll spend another twenty cents. Is that really going to cripple any of us? Have you gone to a school function as of late? Some of the parking lots are in bad shape. Do we not think the schools are worthy of upkeep? They were when my kids were there and I believe they are now for the kids who have to go in them. As for the property tax relief I think it's pretty well spelled out in the letter I got. In my case I'll save about $200 a year in property tax. That means I can buy another $2,000 of golf clubs and still break even for the year. LOL! Just kidding Mrs. O. As for the windows, I'm glad to hear they are getting other grants. If they get grants, get this additional sales tax maybe they can do the projects without increasing my property taxes. I vote yes and am trying to get others to do so. If I can't afford a penny on the dollar, I should sell what I own and go to thepoor house. No one is in that bad of shape. Our kids are worth the investment folks
