What do you consider signifigant Lisa? I'd say from the example given a savings of $140 a year isn't that bad. Isn't that about 40 Original Grand Slams at Denny's? It would seem to me that if they passed a "resolution" to abate taxes that they are bound to. Isn't a resolution binding? As for sliding funds from budget to budget as long as it doesn't go to more salaries I have no problem with it. The parking lot at Worthen School is broken up and needs to be fixed. If they can do that and give me back $200.00 a year or more on my tax bill, I'm happy.
